I absolutely Love these strawberry pancakes. And just for fun I put a little whipped cream on them, so good! And on Flag Day we had red (Strawberry), white (banana), and blue (blueberry) pancakes with the grandkids. So much fun!
Strawberries are so fresh and good, and I love pancakes. Combining the two is oh so yummy! I love eating them with only butter. I don't think I can go back to just plain pancakes.
