Product

1. Do you use artificial flavoring?

No. We only use real fruit and all natural flavors.  

2. Do you add preservatives?

No. There are no preservatives in any of our products.

3. Does it need eggs or milk to make?

No. All of our pancake mixes only need water to make. However, if you’re using them to make pound cakes or muffins we do recommend adding an egg for the cakey texture.

4. What else can you use the pancake mix for?

Aside from pancakes and waffles, we have heard a lot of great stories from our customers about how they have used our pancake mix. Some fun ideas include doughnuts and batter for deep frying food, and cake pops. Get creative and share your ideas with us!

5. When do you offer your seasonal flavor pancake mixes?

Our beloved seasonal pancake mixes—Pumpkin Spice Coconut and Chocolate Orange—are typically available each year from October through December. We encourage you to sign up for our emails and follow us on social media to be notified as soon as they're available.

6. What’s the shelf life?

If stored in a cool, dried area, the estimated shelf life is at least 1 year. 

 

Shipping and Delivery

1. Where do you ship to?

We offer shipping within the US.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Due to the various weight of quantity with each order, shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process. We offer shipping through UPS and USPS. 

3. Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We offer Free Local Delivery within 25 miles of Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005—no minimum required; within 50 miles for orders of $150+; and within 75 miles for orders of $250+. Delivery options appear automatically at checkout based on your address and order total.

Note: Free delivery applies to orders up to $2,000. For larger or freight orders, please contact us directly.

4. Do you offer local pick up?

If you are inside Utah and would like to pick up your order, feel free to contact us to make arrangements BEFORE placing an order.
