No. We use only real fruit and natural flavors—no artificial flavors or colors.
Do you add preservatives?
No. None of our products contain preservatives.
Do your mixes require eggs or milk?
No—just add water.
For baking (like muffins or pound cakes), we recommend adding an egg for a heavier, more cake-like texture.
What else can I make with your pancake mix?
So much more than pancakes and waffles. Customers love using our mixes for doughnuts, cake pops, and even as a light batter for frying.

When are seasonal flavors available?
Our seasonal favorites—Pumpkin Spice Coconut and Chocolate Orange—are typically available from October through December.

We currently ship within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
For orders below $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. We ship via UPS and USPS.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we offer free local delivery:
- Within 25 miles of Eagle Mountain, UT — no minimum
- Within 50 miles — orders of $150+
- Within 75 miles — orders of $250+
Delivery options will appear automatically at checkout based on your address and order total.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. If you’re in Utah and would like to arrange a pickup, please contact us before placing your order.
