Wholesale FAQ
1. What is the lead time for wholesale orders?
Lead time may take up to 4-6 weeks, depending on the size of your order and product availability. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.
2. What does the price include?
The price includes a special wholesale discount that is automatically applied at checkout when purchasing Pantastic Case Lots. No additional codes are required!
3. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No, there is no minimum order quantity. Wholesale pricing is available exclusively for Pantastic Case Lot items, and you can purchase as little as 1 case.
4. Can I request a sampling event?
Yes, we’re more than happy to arrange a sampling event for wholesale buyers. For more information or to request an event, please contact us, and we’ll be glad to assist!
5. What if I have a special request for my order?
If you have any special requests or unique requirements for your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are committed to working with you to ensure your order meets your needs!
6. What are your payment terms?
For prepay orders, we accept credit card and PayPal. For approved accounts, we offer additional payment methods, including bank deposit, money order, and Cash on Delivery (COD), along with Net 30 payment terms. Please contact us to apply for Net 30 terms.
7. Do you offer shipping or handling discounts?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We also offer free shipping for local deliveries within 25 miles of Eagle Mountain, UT 84005. Please check availability at checkout.
8. What is your return and refund policy for wholesale orders?
We accept returns within 10 days for defective products. For food items that are not defective, we do not accept returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us!
9. How can I set up a wholesale account?
To set up a wholesale account, simply fill out the Wholesale Account Request Form (here). We’ll process your request and set up your account as quickly as possible!
10. Are there additional discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! We offer bulk discounts for larger orders. Please contact us for more details on pricing and available discounts based on the size of your order.
11. What if a product is out of stock?
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with the expected restock date. Lead times may vary based on availability.
