Pancakes for a Year Giveaway – Official Rules

By participating in the Holly's Pantastic Products Pancakes for a Year Giveaway ("Giveaway"), entrants agree to these Official Rules.

The Giveaway is sponsored by Holly's Pantastic Products.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on June 15, 2026 and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time ("Giveaway Period").

Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway, submit your email through the Holly's Pantastic Products newsletter signup form during the Giveaway Period.

Limit one (1) email entry per person.

Bonus Entries

Participants may earn additional entries through the following actions:

  • Follow @hollyspantastic on Instagram: +1 entry
  • Share Holly's Pantastic Products on your Instagram Story and tag @hollyspantastic: +5 entries
  • Create an Instagram post featuring Holly's Pantastic Products and tag @hollyspantastic: +10 entries

Instagram accounts must be public or otherwise visible to Holly's Pantastic Products at the time bonus entries are verified.

Holly's Pantastic Products reserves the right to verify bonus entry actions before awarding bonus entries.

Bonus entries must be completed before September 30, 2026.

Prizes

Grand Prize (1 Winner)

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

  • One (1) 2 lb bag of Holly's Pantastic Pancake Mix per month for 12 months; or
  • All 12 bags shipped in a single order, at the winner's request.

The winner may choose from available Holly's Pantastic Pancake Mix flavors offered by Holly's Pantastic Products at the time of fulfillment.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $167.88

Runner-Up Prizes (3 Winners)

Three (3) Runner-Up Winners will each receive:

  • One (1) free 2 lb bag of Holly's Pantastic Pancake Mix of the winner's choice.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $13.99 per prize

Winner Selection

Four (4) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries, including verified bonus entries, received during the Giveaway Period.

One (1) winner will be designated as the Grand Prize Winner.

Three (3) winners will be designated as Runner-Up Winners.

The drawing will take place shortly after the Giveaway closes.

Winner Notification

Winners will be announced on October 3, 2026.

Potential winners may be contacted by email and/or announced through Holly's Pantastic Products marketing channels.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Holly's Pantastic Products reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize Conditions

Prizes have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

Holly's Pantastic Products reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

The Grand Prize may be fulfilled monthly for twelve (12) consecutive months or, at the winner's election, in a single shipment.

Privacy

Information collected through this Giveaway may be used for newsletter, marketing, and promotional communications from Holly's Pantastic Products, as well as for administration of the Giveaway.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in email communications.

Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Holly's Pantastic Products from any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to Holly's Pantastic Products and not to Instagram.

Sponsor's Rights

Holly's Pantastic Products reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Holly's Pantastic Products in its sole discretion.
